Exemplary Homes is assisted by AOL Services Ltd who help with the administration involved in running our local estate agency offices. Which sometimes include organising viewings and providing sales progression to completion. The combination of Exemplary Homes alongside AOL Services is a powerful one – and it should help get your property sold more quickly, for more money, and reduce the chances of the sale falling through.
About Exemplary Homes
When you are looking to buy a property these days it’s unlikely you walk into every estate agent in your desired area and sign up with your interest. Instead, you jump onto Rightmove or Zoopla and start scrolling through homes online. This is why we decided take control of our entire operation from one central Bristol office which allows us to put more money in places which really matter such as property marketing and training our staff to the highest standard.
Leon has over 13 years’ experience in the property industry. He began his career at a very young age by selling European holiday homes before assisting launching a successful national property business in 2014, which saw investment from Mumpreneur, Investor and Dragon Sarah Willingham.
Leon has spent a significant amount of time building and investing in an incredible team of people who are passionate about selling homes. Alongside this passion comes the commitment to providing impeccable and consistent customer service across the board.
Leon has personally provided insightful and extensively researched valuation advice for hundreds of clients across the country, as well as overseeing numerous high-profile sales in recent years.
By exploring many sectors in the property market and being part of the ‘online’ movement, he felt the time was right to launch his own property service for vendors fed up with poor service from traditional high street estate agents and their extortionate and old fashioned 1% – 2% plus VAT selling fees; simply put in place to subsidise the properties they didn’t manage to sell.
Leon’s passion is to bring a modern element to a dated industry.
